Corporate and team headshots on the Sunshine Coast

Plan one visual standard for the team

Share your existing website, brand guidelines and any portraits the new photographs need to match. We will discuss background, clothing, expression and the crops required for your website and professional profiles.

Tell Peter the number of people and whether you need individual headshots, a group photograph or both. Image inclusions and the session schedule are confirmed before booking.

At your workplace or the Cooroibah studio

For workplace sessions, send the suburb, preferred date and a description or photograph of the available space. A clear area for lighting and a background, safe access and a way to manage staff arrivals help the session run smoothly. Peter will confirm whether the proposed space is suitable and what setup is needed.

Workplace availability, travel charges, any minimum booking and setup time depend on the plan and are confirmed in your quote. A session at the Cooroibah studio is the alternative if your workplace is unsuitable.

Make preparation simple for colleagues

• Agree on clothing guidance that fits your organisation.
• Provide a staff list and identify anyone with limited availability.
• Share required file sizes, backgrounds and delivery deadlines.
• Discuss future starters if you want later portraits to match.

Peter directs each person individually. Professional hair and makeup can be arranged as part of the booking. Share the preparation guide with the team.

Choose the right booking for your business

See package information or ask for a quote with your team size, location and intended use. The September 2026 offer has its own dates and conditions; those prices do not establish an ongoing team rate.
